- Upon arrival, guests are required to fill out a check-in form and provide Government-issued photo ID for all guests above 18 years old. Standard check-in and check-out times are at 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM respectively. Early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Use the RF card provided to access your room and activate electricity. When leaving the room, please take the card with you to access the room door. Remember to return the RF card upon check-out.
- AC master switch is located near the bed, and fan speed is controlled with the remote. Water heater switch is located outside the bathroom. In case of a power failure, we have inverter backup.
- Smart TVs are available in rooms, and cable TV is provided in common areas.
Tea/coffee provisions are provided in all rooms. Drinking water is provided in rooms, and a water purifier is available in the dining area for refills.
- Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, and dinner is served from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM in the dining area.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms and common areas. Smoke alarms are installed throughout the homestay.
- CCTV cameras are installed in all common areas for security and safety purposes.
- Common areas are shared among all guests. Please be respectful of others when using these spaces, keep them clean, and use the provided waste disposal facilities.
- Free Wi-Fi is available in rooms and all common areas.
- Free parking is available in front of the property. Please park only in designated areas. Electric car/Scooter charging facility is available upon request.
- Washing and ironing facilities are available upon request.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the homestay property during their stay. Any such damage will be charged to the guest’s account.
- Homestay Management is not responsible for your personal belongings and valuables like money, jewelry, or any other valuables left by guests in the rooms.
- We are not liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
- Please be mindful of energy and water conservation. Kindly switch off lights and AC when not in use and minimize water wastage.
- Guests are expected to comply with local laws and regulations and to respect nature.
