Terms and Conditions for Hillside Naturestay
- Booking: By making a reservation with our homestay, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein. All our rooms are on double occupancy as standard. Extra mattresses and dinner can be provided on request while booking. Use chatbot on website or WhatsApp number for any queries.
2. Reservation: Upon successful reservation make payment as per the instruction on the webpage and wait for confirmation of booking from our side. You will receive a confirmation email which should be presented at the time of check-in. Any changes to your reservation (e.g., dates, room type, number of guests) may be subject to availability and additional charges. Please contact the homestay directly for modifications.
3. Cancellation Policy:
Full amount refund ( less bank charges) if cancelled before one month of arrival.
50% refund if cancelled between one month to 15 days of arrival.
25% refund if cancelled between 15 days to 7 days of arrival.
No refund shall be made if cancelled within 7 days of arrival..
4. No-Show: Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice may result in the full reservation amount being charged.
5. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is usually from 01:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Every guest who are above 18 years old should provide a valid government photo ID before check-in.
6. Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damage to the homestay property during their stay. Any such damage will be charged to the guest’s account. Homestay Management is not responsible for your personal belongings and valuables like money, jewellery, or any other valuables left by guests in the rooms.
7 No Smoking Policy: Our homestay is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas. Violation of this policy may result in actions taken by management.
8. Child Policy: Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and cannot be registered in the room by themselves. Children under the age of 12 stay Free of charge while sharing a bed with their parents. If they require an extra bed, this service will be charged per
night. Food is Complementary till the age of 5. Age 6 to age 12 will be charged for food with a discount. Children over the age of 12 are being charged as an adult.
9. Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information by our privacy policy.
10. Security: For your safety and security, we may have surveillance cameras in common areas.
11. Right of Admission: We reserve the right to refuse service or admission to anyone for any reason.
12. Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
13. Complaints: If you have any complaints or concerns during your stay, please bring them to the attention of our staff or to our WhatsApp number +919562555546 and give us the opportunity to address them.
14. Legal Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed by the laws of Govt. of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Govt. of India.
15. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Please review them periodically for updates.
